Ok everyone. My weigh in last week was 130, and this week I am at 125! I dont expect it to change much between now and next week, cause I got to 125 several days ago, and now the scale wont budge, lol. Ive arrived at that place where weight loss starts to get stubborn. Anyway, starting weight was 140 on 1/21 so I have a total weight loss of 15 lbs.smileys/smiley4.gifsmileys/smiley17.gifsmileys/smiley4.gifsmileys/smiley17.gif

Congratulations! That is awesome.

Tell us, how do you incorporate the figure 8 products into your program?!?

I love that you have so much flexibility with them.

I am sill at 145. I thought I had an order arriving last week but I was mistaken. My shakes & chews arrived last night. I will be going to the grocery store this evening and starting out tomorrow.

Yippie! Everyone is doing great. I am just so happy to have finally found a program that works! And it is working for everyone, which is rare. Everyone just keep up the good work, and together I think we will all succeed!smileys/smiley4.gif BTW Meg, I do 2 shakes (breakfast & lunch)and 1 meal (Dinner) during the week. On the weekends I just do the shake for breakfast, then eat what I want, keeping in mind that I am on a diet, LOL! I use the supplements everyday, and the chews between meals if I feel hungry. I also take the colon cleanse at night.smileys/smiley2.gif

Great job - you've motivated me and I started yesterday (Friday).

I've got a quick question: on the shakes, do you just drink 1 scoop or 2? 1 scoop leaves me hungry but 2 really fills me up - plus, they're only 110 calories.

PixieGirl,

I just do 1 scoop of the shake mix w/water and ice in the blender, but I add 2 scoops of the fiber to it, makes a HUGE difference! smileys/smiley2.gif

To be honest, I have been afraid to try the shakes because other kinds that I have tried make me throw up! I just can't digest them!

Has anyone else on here ever had that problem with other brands, and if you did, how do you do with the Arbonne shakes?

ME!!! I hate shakes! I've tried and just can bring myself to swallow them without gagging! So far I've been able to handle the Arbonne shakes. The 1st one was a little hard but after that not bad at all. In fact I'm starting to like them. I'm very impressed, I have never been able to follow a weight loss regimen that included shakes.

I cheat with the shakes. I take a glass of milk, put in the blender with one scoop of the chocolate and two ice cubes and blend.

Deeelicious!!!!! Reminds me of Carnation Instant Breakfast! And it does keep my full for about 3 hours. Then I eat some peanuts or something high in protein. That holds me over until lunch. Starting Monday, I'm going to have the shake for breakfast and dinner and eat a good lunch!
