Are
you able to work independently? Are you self-motivated and able to
remain focused? Check-in to our Home-based opportunity! When you work
for Best Western as a home-based reservation agent, your home becomes
your office.
EARN $9.00 to 10.00 per hour from the comfort of your home!
We need individuals who are available to work during the following hours;
Your first three weeks of employment will be in the classroom at our
North Phoenix facility Monday-Friday 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Your next six weeks of employment will be on-the-job training on-site
at our North Phoenix facility with a schedule that falls between the
hours of 12 Noon 10PM. (Although your actual shift will be 20 to 29
hours per week, you must be available during this time as work
schedules will change every 6-12 weeks).
Once you are complete training, you will then go home to your home office.
Our
corporate vision is to lead the industry in superior customer care. Our
client base includes both our guests and member hotels, and we are
looking for Reservation Agents to provide first class quality service
to them.
At Best Western, the experience doesn't begin when a
guest checks into a hotel, it begins when they schedule their
reservation. Reservation Agents create the first impression to our
hotel guests, and set the bar for their service expectations.
Responsibilities:
Receive inbound general information phone calls and convert them into reservations for the hotel
Describe features and amenities of hotel and create sense of excitement for customer, resulting in a reservation for the hotel
Assist customers by confirming hotel reservations and respond to basic inquiries via telephone and email.
Demonstrate customer service proficiency and reservation system and
policy/procedure knowledge by effectively responding to a high volume
of basic calls/inquiries.

<div ="GlobTextDesc">
Six months call center and/or customer service experience preferred
SALES experience a plus!!
Eligible to work in the US
High School Diploma or GED
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Persuasive sales communication style and ability to overcome customer objections
Excellent verbal communication skills who can assist callers in a courteous and efficient manner
Additional Home Office Requirements:
Quiet and designated home work environment, free from background noise and interruptions.
Must be able to train for an estimated nine weeks in our North Phoenix location before transitioning to a home-based position
Internet access from Cox cable or Qwest and modem. (Wireless or
satellite broadband does not work effectively with our desktop
configuration, and therefore does not meet our requirements).
Best Western will provide:
Computer, monitor, keyboard and mouse, surge-suppression power strip, headset, ISP Phone, router, Ethernet cable (25)
Up to a $50 monthly reimbursement for high speed internet service
No phone calls please.
