Has anyone been involved w/ a wedding expo? If so, what were the results. I have an opportunity to do one in a couple weeks, but it is $250 a table. That seems like alot! I was going to see if one of my consultants wants to go in on it, but I would like to know of other people's experiences. Thanks!

Although I have no direct numbers from an expo, it has to be a good idea. Every expo I've been to, I always see people in our industry (notnecessarily Arbonne)there. I would love to know your luck on it, if you try it out!!

In our area wedding expos cost a lot more, upwards of $900 to havea booth. Just like any other expo, the key is going to be in the follow up. I helped my husband with a booth a few years ago at a wedding expo and it was miserable because he was looking to help them buy homes and they weren't interested. You have to appeal to their desire to look pretty that day and make sure you follow up with them and stress the importance of starting a great skincare regimen months out, not just the day of makeup.Good luck!

My new BB cannot do it that day, so if anyone lives near Longmont CO, maybe we can do it together and split the cost and referrals. The expo is Sunday the 19th of this month. Let me know!

Barbara, how did you hear about the expo? Are you on a list to be contacted? Just curious. Thanks

I looked up info. for events and expos in Colorado and Wyoming and came across this a couple months ago. They had a consultant at the time, but put me on a back up list.

I had attended an expo to see who was there an exhibitor. I came across a woman who does laser hair removal so I struck up a conversation with her. She indicated that the expo cost her hubby about $1000 and she got nothing from it. MaryKay was also there but I didn't chat with them....

I guess it never hurts to try especially if you can split the costs with someone else. Please let us know how it goes for you.

I know David's Bridal allows you to do things at the stores. I know Mary Kay consultants do this.
