Hello, I'm just curious on how many of you work a full time job and do
Arbonne on the side? Or how many of you work Arbonne full
time? I have a full time job, but am planning/hoping to get
really start my Arbonne business, and I'm just wondering how many of
you are doing your business with a full time job? Just curious.

I work a full time job and do Arbonnepart timetime. I will be going part time in my day job beginning the Monday after NTC, only working Tues, Weds, Thurs and doing Arbonne full time. I am told full time Arbonne is only 20 hours per week but we'll see...

I have a very demanding full time job.
My NVP and all the RVPs in my Nation do Arbonne full time. My NVP works at least 40 hours a week, but that is because she is constantly building and she offers a ton of support.
The key really is to determine how far you want to go with Arbonne. If you want to build real big, then expect to work more hours. If you are content withwhere you are at with Arbonne, that will matter too.
I won't quit my FT job until I reach RVP status and am bringing home at least a steady6K. I am single, so I need to replace my current income and then take into account retirement savings and health care.
We had our Nation meeting the other night and I was talking to 2 of the RVPs. They are constantly working and finding more BB. They have had almost their entire original teams quit Arbonne. Most people don't stick with it. I have lost a good portion of my team as well. Its a numbers game.

I actually just signed up with Arbonne right after closing a retail store...so I'm doing it full-time right now (this is my first week). It's definately not a 40-hour a week job yet, more like 20, but I'm hoping it will be soon!
I'm so excited about the Arbonne business!!! I just wish I could book as fast as I want to run! Guess that's the name of the game!

I work full time and do Arbonne. It can be challenging, but I keep looking towards the day I can drive away in my Mercedes!

I have a demanding and stressful full time job as a paralegal. I can tell you that I work 50-60 hours minimum trading my time for money at a law firm....I joined arbonne in august last year, andpromoted to DM the next month.Soon after that I caught the vision ofarbonne and have committed myself to give this business more attention. Since January I've promoted out two new DM's and am still only devoting 8-10 hours toward my business a week....but I firmly believe that this will happen and happen soon. I know there are lots of people with arbonne that have gone to RVP in very short time periods -- I don't mind waiting. It'll happen when it's supposed to happen...but I am doing a lot more now to make sure it happens! That's the beauty of arbonne - you can do it part time until you build your business....just remember that you can't do it some of the time! Good Luck!!

I work 24 hours on the weekends and take care of 2 kids under 3 Mon-Fri. I do Arbonne part time. My DH is pretty good about taking them at night so I can go to meetings, make calls, hand out samples/kits.

I look forward to spending about 20 hours a week with my Arbonne business. I currently spend at least that, but not actively promoting Arbonne. I spend tons of time with Learn & Burns, AU, and other personal growth and learning activities and although this is great, I don't count it as working the business.
