I know we always stay a rep with JE, but I went ahead and boughta new kit and "re-joined." I wanted a fresh start since I had taken so much time off.
I am excited to be back with JE!

I rejoined too. I don't plan on doing parties but girls from my job had been bugging me to get them lotion bars. So I just took catalogs to the last few nursing homes I worked at. They all have ordered Lotion bars and the Shea Butter from me.
I really love the new look!
Whats your favorite Fragrance? Mine used to be the Floral Fresh Melon and the Vanilla.
I am not sure now lol!

Now I am not sure, either. http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif
I am not doing home parties, either - just catalog parties for me. http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif

I am in the same boat. I haven't re-joined yet but will join under the friend that introduced me to the opportunity when I joined the first time. Anyway, for those of you that say you are going to do catalog parties only, do you really think it's possible to meet the quotas every quarter without doing traditional parties? I lost my job and we will lose our car in a couple of weeks. We already got the 'letter'. So parties are definitely going to be out for me. I'm just wondering if I can do it with just catalog parties.

First of all, ((((((((((((((((((((((((HUGS)))))))))))))))))))))) )) to you!!!
I am so sorry to hear this. http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley19.gif
Yes, I believe meeting the quotas won't be hard with catalog parties only. I do a lot of online marketing, and I have gotten several leads already in the past2 days!http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley3.gif As I get more and more stuff going, it will be even more.
In addition, your expenses will be less if you are not driving to shows, etc.
If you need any help, please don't hesitate to ask!!!!

Thanks Shay! That's awesome about your leads. I may have to pick your brain about online marketing. I've done alot for other things, but not really for a business of any kind, except my Etsy store

Hi Lorah,
Good luck restarting your business! Not sure what you are referring to when you say "quotas every quarter". There are no sales requirements every quarter unless you are in theBusiness Builder Program. Just want to clarify for those who may be reading. Edited by: Darleen

I'm talking about the $300 per quarter requirement. If you don't make that, then don't you go inactive? Or am I misunderstanding something? Business Builder Program? Guess something has changed? Edited by: lorah

To stay active, sales requirements are 300/every six months. Reps do not go inactive anymore, if you don't meet those sales requirements, you go to current status. But, you can still place orders, sell, etc. ;)
The BB program has been around for years. It is a choice if you want to be a part of it. You cannot be with any other ds company though. (It is for leads that get in touch with home office and theyget in touch withthebuilder nearest to them so they canhelp them). Edited by: Darleen

Oh Ok,
Thanks Darleen. I get it now. 300 every 6 months is even better!

With summer time around the corner - it's the perfect time to get in the bath and body biz. I think feet pampering parties sound like they would be fun.

I just reactivate too. I got my kit yesterday, and I am so excited. A few years ago, I was a Managing Rep and left for health problems. Then I rejoined 2 years ago, but I didn't do much. But its funny how people keep asking for the products. My goal is to achieve Managing Rep again by the end of the year.

You're 'always' a member, but if you want to be 'active' and buy at a discount, you pretty much need to buy another kit. I've done it a couple of times http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley9.giffor the reasons given above (people wanted to buy products from me; had to be active to order at a discount).
