Logistics & Support Specialist
Logistics and Support Specialist - Part time position working mainly morning hours (may lead to full time position)
7 year old company seeking additional support team member that is detail orientated, experienced and comfortable working in a self managed environment, and comfortable with regular use of computer technology.
To be considered please respond by describing in detail with specifics about your experience in the following areas:
Logistical experience
•Coordinate or manage shipment of products to/from customers
•Work Orders/Shipment Request, Packing Slip details
•Expediting orders – RUSH situations – late orders, etc.
•Shipment tracking, FedEx / UPS, etc.
Direct customer and vendor support and communication experience.
Individual must be very detail oriented
Phone support, handling in and out bound calls to/from customers and vendors.
Work from home or self management experience
