No. I wouldn't go for this.
At the site, where they explain the job, there's nothing in that that would explain why you need fax, much less a certain brand of fax.
Additionally the site has only been up for less than a month, registered Feb 19th of this year and expires next year. It's also registered as a domain by proxy site, meaning no company information is given. This is usually done by people who don't want that information to be seen publicly. There are other reasons companies register by Domains by Proxy but with all the other indications I think they probably did it to hide information.
Additionally I can't find what their business actually is. I can't find any advertising, pr or anything much else about them.
I've seen something like this before. It too was offering a work from home jobs but insisted you needed a popular software program to do the jobs. It sounded reasonable at first because the software allowed people to work remotely. But there were so many employers insisting this (according to the site showing the job ads) that I got suspicious. Come to find out none of the employers said they required this software. The site owners had just taken jobs posted elsewhere, added the "You must have this software" to the text of the ad. They were making their money from affiliate proceeds of people buying the software through them.
To me, this has that same feel. I think maybe they're making money from people signing up for this brand of fax, maybe click throughs, maybe by buying after the free period runs out. Or it could be worse. Look at the information they want just from the User ID Request for Application alone, your name, physical address, phone number...
Then again, I could be entirely wrong but *shakes head* I'd wouldn't do this one myself... Too many cons compared to the pros of getting a wah job.

Thanks for the insight , I started to feel in the information for the toll free number and then when it came to giving out my credit card , I had second thoughts.
I have learned to trust my second thoughts it has helped in many times saving me from kicking my butt, why did I do that.

I'd say pass as well -- this looks like a cleverly disguised "ad" (rather than a job posting) for them to get you to download the "free trial" software, where they will likely request your credit card number and then "sign you up" (may be in the fine print) for the full product or service immediatley following the free trial end date, which could result in another charge or recurring charge(s) on your account and no "job" to show for it.
Another red flag is no direct contact number or address displayed anywhere on the site for this "company".

I'd also say pass. This part really made me wonder:
As a VERIFICATION AGENT you would listen to recordings of sales calls to determine if the sale was valid
Why would they need someone to listen to a phone call to determine if a sale was valid. If the item/service was paid for by a customer, wouldn't that prove it was a valid sale??

>>if a sale was valid. If the item/service was paid for by a customer, wouldn't that prove it was a valid sale?? << Right. And that part there is the only bit of information on what the job entails with no indication whatsoever as to how this particular brand of fax service fits into the picture. I mean what are you supposed to do with the information you hear in the phone call, fax it or your impressions of it, to the company? It doesn't make any sense.

I know there are verification agents but they are listening and can speak another language. So I am very thank full for your honest feelings, that is what I like about this forum.

Verification agents would be needed to make sure the cust was not misled into purchasing something.
but the pay seems too high so it is probably not legit.

I agree, the pay seems" too good to be true"

Yeah, the pay also set off alarm bells for me. It seems like a very high starting rate, especially in this economy.

They are making money through the affiliate program (The Free Trail of the Ring Central Fax),http://wwwcfx/image-3372674-10495089 not really offering a job. It's a trap - pass.

I agree with everyone on this one! Sadly though, because don't we all wish we could make that kind of money from home!?!

I would pass. I have worked for a few telemarketing firms and they always had an onsite verification agent, AKA quality assurance. I also agree with nuwave06 and mornin about it probably being an ad rather than a job posting and why would you need a fax for a telecommuting job?smileys/smiley21.gif

The pay definitely sets off alarm bells. And if you have to download the trial of Ring Central Fax. Sounds like a job I pulled of my work-at-home site a few weeks ago, because a reader messaged me that it didn't seem right.

I would not do this. It had too many red flags -- the pay rate, a trial to sign up for with no verifiable employer, who is apparently try to hide...however, if this is internet fraud, it would be likely that a gov't agency could easily locate who is getting paid from the free trial offer...
I don't sign up for free trials with a credit card. If something is free, it should be free, not a blatant attempt at hoping or helping you forget to jump through all the hoops and do not cancel so they can make money for nothing.
