I think her intentions are good, but it should almost makes him emasculated. Why is it her job to find him one? He has an MBA from Georgetown?? It's a sad world that HE can't find a job.
Otherwise, she did a good job. It's a good website!!

Hey, in this economy, I think employers are looking for unique people that stand out in a crowd.
I think it just might work.

I don't see any problem with it....I definitely would be interested in hiring someone who goes out of his way to stand out. It's not like he's on there in his underwear or something embarrassing! He has a great resume and seems upbeat.

I think anyway you can get your name out there in this economy is a good thing. But I feel it would have been better if he did the website himself.
Still though, the name/content of the website may incorporate some good keywords and may do well in some search engine searches.

If I was an employer, I would have found the website very professional and unique. Another plus, would be that he has a VERY supportive wife...definitely a good thing if he had to work late or travel.
On the flip side, as a non-employer and just someone apart of the general public, I am wondering if maybe his expectations in this economy may be too high. 10 months with no work? Why not take a lower paying position in a marketing department and work your way up? Another thought is if you have a marketing background, why not try sales or network marketing? He should have the skills....I don't know. There is always some way to make money until you find what you are looking for.
