White Chocolate
Molten Lava Cake
Yield: 12 molten lava cake
INGREDIENT S
2 bars DOVE®
Chef Series White Chocolate
6 tablespoons butter (3/4 stick)
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup flour
2 eggs
DIRE CTI ONS
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In the microwave, melt white
chocolate, sugar, and butter at
20-second intervals, stirring
until smooth.
2. Add eggs and
flour and whisk
until combined.
3. Lightly grease
mini muffin pan,
and distribute
batter evenly.
4. Place mini muffin
pan into the oven, and
bake for 6-8 minutes.
(Cakes will appear to
be underbaked and this is normal. Do not overbake.
Sides will be set, but the centers will still be soft.)
5. Carefully remove baked molten cakes from muffin pan,
and serve immediately. Garnish with a dollop of whipped
cream, fresh fruit, Raspberry Sauce, and a sprinkle of
cocoa powder. Enjoy!
