I am trying to find the books I need for my coding class without spending an arm and a leg to get them. Anyone have any good advice on where I can get the 2008 CPT MANUAL PROFESSIONAL EDITION AN/OR THE 2008 ICD-9-CM PHYSICIAN EDITION?

I got a used CPT on Amazon.com for $25, it is a 2008.
