The ideal candidate will have proven successful recruiting experience,
be self-motivated, independent, pro-active, results-oriented,
professional, flexible, detail-oriented, energetic &amp; upbeat, w/ a
roll-up-the-sleeves &amp; get-it-done style and possess tremendous
follow-up and tenacity.</span> *
The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for the placement of
full-time &amp; contract professionals by providing superior one-on-one
support.</span> *
Individual will manage the full life-cycle of the recruitment process,
sourcing creatively &amp; aggressively through traditional methods
(Internet, job fairs, networking, cold calling, job boards, etc.) to
locate exceptional candidates, pre-screening, setting up interviews and
following up through to the placement process.</span> *
Candidate will be expected to coordinate with Technical Recruiting Team
Lead and embrace ELEVI principles in a team environment.</span> * Candidate will telecommute and work from a home office.</span> **** RESPONSIBILITIES ****</span> *
Source &amp; recruit top talent for IT related positions which require
clearances via Internet, job boards, local user groups, networking,
cold calling &amp; other relevant resources.</span> * Understand and articulate hiring managers* business &amp; resource requirements for contract and perm/FT staffing searches.</span> * Leverage effective recruiting strategies and best practices to source, attract, screen, recruit &amp; secure top talent.</span> *
Screen, interview, negotiate compensation, submit &amp; coordinate
interviews. Technical Recruiter may also be required to verify
employment and check based upon customer requirements.</span> *
Demonstrate exceptional teamwork by working closely with ELEVI staff
&amp; candidates while guiding the candidates through the hiring
process.</span> **** REQUIRED SKILLS &amp; EXPERIENCE ****</span> * Ability to recruit technical professionals skilled in current technologies</span> * Prior experience recruiting for positions that require security clearances</span> * Ability to technically evaluate/screen candidates</span> * Strong Internet/PC skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications (Word &amp; Excel)</span> * MUST HAVE excellent interpersonal, communication &amp; organizational skills</span> * Effective at setting and achieving specific placement goals</span> * Knowledge of employment laws &amp; regulations related to recruiting &amp; staffing</span> * Proven ability to manage &amp; meet tight deadlines</span> *
Existing network of technical candidates who possess active DoD
Security Clearances and experience w/ recruiting software are highly
desired</span>
