how would i go about recruitment autoresponder ?

I don't put people into an autoresponder directly. When they request for more information, I get back to them personally.
If someone signs up ON my autoresponder, they are automatically put in there themselves, then have to go through a comfirmation to receive the e-mails.

AnotherTIP ... for people who just want to enter the drawing and did not mark they are interested in the business ...
Use your autoresponder to send follow up emails tothem to thank them for entering the contest and remind them to enter again for the next drawing.You can also ask them if they know anyone who would be interested in a candle business.
