I'll tell you the biggest difference that we learned about at Leadership Conference...
Arbonne approached BeautiControl to see if we wanted to buy them because they are on the auction block due to financial difficulty. The Chairman of Tupperware Brands said "thanks, but we're not interrested."
What a powerful statement. I love Rick for having this mindset!

I'm curious, where did you get that information? I haven't heard anything and was wondering where I could find out more. Thanks.

Let's get real on why Rick said no. BC for the last few years has not done as well, as indicated by the article that was posted a few days ago regarding his remarks about flishing out personal users.
Tupperware has beauty in south america, mexico and here. To add another beauty company to the mix wouldn't help diversification. I think he was wise to realize to focus on "the one in the hand" vs. trying to turn around another cosmetic company.

I don't want to start anything negative at all ladies I just had not heard this at all (I'm with @rbn) and I just wanted to try to find out more about this. When a company is up for sale or going out of businesssometimes the consultants are the last to know! I know from personal experiencebecause I justwent through this with Weekenders USA last summer, lost my whole business.http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley19.gif So, I just want to be prepared this time, not that @rbn is going under. Can someone refer me to the information?
