On Sunday I prepared chicken scampi andpotatoes. My house was smelling so yummy from the aroma. I love how you can take one of the mixes and make something really quick and nutritious. The hubby and kids also thought that it was a winner. So I will be using this in future recipes. Make it a great day!!

I just made chicken scampi last night and I agree...The smell was AMAZING and it was sooooo simple & quick (like everything we offer)! I love the smell of the scampi blend. Sometimes I take it out & open it just to enjoy the aroma. Actually, I do that with a lot of our blends! :) Thanks for sharing.

Here it is 7ish in the morning and now I have cravings for shrimp scampi. The chicken sounds good too.

I find myself craving it anytime I talk about it or see the mix sitting in my pantry! I love both the shrimp and chicken scampi equally. Just depends on what I'm in the mood for at the moment (or have on hand!).
