I know everyone can read about this tomorrow, but I wanted to give you all details from Leadership that we just heard about today.
We have a new neckwrap that is gel based.... its wonderful! We all got one here at Leadership and I love mine. Can't wait to show it to everyone back home as a hostess incentive. We also have a neck patch (like the eye patches) that smell like peppermint and lavendar to use as an aromatherapy treatment in conjunction with the neckwrap.They won't fully launch until April 1st (along with the new product samples), but with a $300 retail order we can order up to 3 neckwraps and 3 of the Therma Del Sol neck patches.
We have a recruiting promotion that lasts from March 1st - May 31st. The trip is to the Atlantis Resorton Paradise Island in the Bahamas. This promotion is a little different because you not only have to hit recruiting thresholds, but sales goals as well. Directors can now earn the trip based on their team's recruiting efforts with a minimum personal recruiting goal of 9.Everyone will need to log on to BeautiNetto get your specific salesgoals by career level.
For the first time ever, if you earn the trip for 2, your guest on the trip can be under 18. AND if you earn the trip for 2... you can pay for up to two of your children to go on the trip as well using BC's special rate package.
The new colors are in addition to the current line. The BC Spa line is not replacing our current color collection.
We've been playing with the new lip colors.We were skeptical that the mineral lip sticks wouldn't have any staying power, but THEY DO... and they are so luxurious. You've got to try these!
Thenew eyeshadows are awesome as well. The colorgoes on just as it looks in the container and they blend beautifully. I'm really impressed with them.

I was expecting something like that, with how that interview thing with Rick mentioned they needed to up sales. And it makes total sense. So many people were earning trips and prizes just because they were essentially "selling" a discounted set. Few of those new consultants stay on, and sales are lost to the individual consultants. I think that may be what he meant by "flushing out" the non-business oriented consultants. Not so much that the current ones would leave, but that there would be fewer and fewer signing up.
And I LOVE LOVE LOVE the idea that we can pay for a child to come. I have NO spas set up or anything yet (I can't even get playdates set up with my once active playdate group, people are just staying home) but I really want to attempt this one.
And I saw the neck wraps on the barrett team site. They look fun, and hopefully this will end the popcorn issue when a microwave heats unevenly.
