I was writing to see if any of you DIQ or above have a program for your consultants?

When I go into DIQ in April, any consultants I have at that time, I am going to do a special for, when they get to Senior COnsultant a manicuremVIP, I am going to reward them with a Spa Pedicure, Unit Manager- An hour body massage- DIQ- Dinner for 2 at a Very Nice restauarant, and Director- A his and hers Day at the Spa or a day for 2 if they do not have a significant other.

I thought it out and figured when someone becomes a Director they need a supportive spouse or mentor, so I thought it would be nice to include that person in the rewards. What do you all think?

I would like to include something special for attending BEauty U? Any ideas?

Tess,

That is a wonderful Idea! We all love to get rewarded for our efforts and what a great way to give back to your down-line. I think your reward program is great!

I'll work ona program right of way!

Thanks for sharing!

My Director is sending me a box for promoting to Senior Consultant. I am sure there will be the certificate of "promotion" inside, but what else is a mystery! I will let you know what is inside when I get it.

Something to think about is gifts for attending Celebration and Leadership. Some things I received in the past are: Spa Girl purse, WHO note cards or other stationery and BC pens. Unit Managers and Directors got Spa Girl shirts for Celebration last year.

Top recruiters and Top sales for the year get a weekend retreat with our Director.

Don't forget the consultant level! Some of us are great at sales and take longer to become a Senior Consultant. I only recently got to Senior Consultant even though I work my business consistently.

The gifts don't have to be big. I love gettting anything!

When I was with PartyLite, I got a candle pin. Every month I had the opportunity to add a charm to my pin. At the end of 6 years, my pin was so full that I couldn't add another thing to it! Stars for recruting and pots of gold for bonus. Telephones for consistently calling in my activity.

I would love to have a BC pin with the opportunity to win more charms. It was a lot of fun filling it up!

Have a great day!

I was thinking of sending flower to my consultants after they attend Beauty U. Congratulating them on being smart and taking the oppurtunity of a lifetime.

I got a really nice bracelet after becoming a VIP. It was from Chicos, it is silver and says different words on it like dream, believe, joy, inspire, ect, ect.

I love it and it is a great reminder of what our company is about.

Somt things my director does are:

Whoever sells $1000 in a month get an Italian charm of the "birthstone" for that month. So if you sold $1000 in May, you get an emerald charm.

Another thing is, for me, she knew I wanted something to wear that says "BC." And she called me to challenge me to sell $1000 and I will also get a COS shirt! smileys/smiley1.gifI thi nk that's really nice to spend her points on me!

In my SU! group, my Manager gives a stamp set to her first level when they get their first recruit. I didn't know that, so I was surprised when I got a stamp set! Woohoo!

It's great b/c you can choose what YOU want to do for your recruits/unit.

Another incentive program (it's common in SU! and other home based biz) is to have hostess appreciation nights. You invite all your hostesses from the year to thank them however you choose.

I think gifts are a great idea. Little rewards sometimes can make such a big difference to someone.
