In the real estate business- or any other for that matter- is using voice broadcasting. I found a system that you can blast out a message to your prospects, past client database, farm area or whatever you choose that scrubs the calls against the Do Not Call list, and can even be used as a predictive dialer.

The cost is an amazing amount of less than a cent per 30 second message. I own a real estate firm- but truly- every agent should be using this technology at this low, below wholesale, cost. PM me if you have any questions.

Good luck and good selling! Remember- you can make money in real estate in any market conditions!

Although I am not in the real estate business.... I must say the prospecting tool that bizmentor speaks of is hands down the best out there.... imo.... It's the lowest cost Voice Broadcaster but has more tools and is easier to use than anything else out there....

If you are looking to increase sales and productivity regardless of what industry you are in, then you need this.... check it out, the info is free. You can even register for free to see everything you get.... Its awesome!

I have always found it fascinating that when things get tough
economically, one of the first things businesses tend to pull back on
is their marketing. At a time when you need clients most, why in the
world would you stop trying to reach them? Don't get me wrong, it's
important for businesses to keep an eye on their bottom line. But the
"We're just going to take a break for a while" or "Let's lay low until
people are spending again" is a direct route to going out of business -
fast.
In times like these, a business' success - or failure - depends upon
staying in front of your target market and appearing to be a leader in
your field. You have before you a tremendous opportunity to survive and
thrive through smart marketing tactics. Now is not the time to be a
wallflower.

Of course, the new telemarketing laws coming
out later this year will kill voice blasting...but I
guess if you like it, use it while you can.
