<TD>ingredients
1 box DOVE Chocolate Discoveries™ (DCD) Chocolate Cupcake Mix,
1 batch DCD Milk Chocolate Chai Mousse,
DCD Aztec Cocoa Dusting Powder - for garnish,
DCD Crème Blanc Dusting Powder - for garnish

preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line two standard cookie sheets (18" x 13") with parchment paper and lightly coat the sides with a non-stick baking spray.
2. Prepare cupcake batter as directed and divide into two equal halves. Pour half of the batter into each cookie sheet. Spread the batter evenly throughout the whole pan (it may seem like a thin layer, but this is okay).
3. Place both pans in oven and bake for 6 to 7 minutes, or until cake is set. Remove pans from oven and set aside to cool.
4. Carefully pick up the parchment paper under the first cake and slide onto a cutting board. Cut cake in half crosswise (through the parchment paper) and trim to remove any uneven edges. Slide each half back onto the cookie sheet. Pick up second cake and repeat process. You should have 4 equal-sized layers.
5. Spread ¼ of the Chai Mousse evenly on one of the layers and flip the second layer on top, parchment paper side up. Remove parchment paper carefully. Freeze for 5 minutes.
6. Repeat spreading and flipping process with the final 2 layers, freezing for 5 minutes in between each layer. (If you are running low on mousse, scrape the excess off sides.) Chill finished
napoleon in the freezer for 1 hour.
7. Cut into 2" squares and sprinkle with both dusting powders. </TD></TR></T></TABLE></TD>

Everything is really easy to prepare. You can feel like Martha Stewart, your friends will never know that it really didn't take that long to make it.
