Okay so I'm alittle nervous!! I am almost done with my certifications. How are the First 30 calls... Should I know this info like the back of my hand??

Kacie, you will pretty be carried through your first calls with your FAQS on the side. Just read up all you can about the products and you will be fine! We all make mistakes but that's life just do the best you can! That's what I did and still there kicking butt!
You will be nervous, we all were and many still get that touch of nervousness no matter what!

I finished my certification last Saturday..haven't began my 30 calls yet...I plan to start this weekend or possibly this week..just a little nervous to say the least.
