Anyone familiar with this? How do I track down where my traffic is coming from? How do I find out where a specific customer came from?

The easiest is if your shopping cart is able to log the referring IP address. The long way is if the customers email is not a free mail address, note the domain provideri.e.: aol, bell south, comcast and convert the domain into the providers ip range block and locate that in the referrers area of your stats (this is way too much work). The best way is to ask your customer how they found you as part of the purchase process via a field on the order form or as a satisfaction survey after the transaction.
