Ok everybody. I started the Figure 8 system on 1/21, so almost 2 weeks ago. My starting weight was 140 lbs. My weigh in this morning puts me at.............130 lbs! Yippie! Starting out I was a size 10. My goal weight is aproximatly 115 or a size 3. BTW, I am only 5'1. Im thrilled w/the system. I do 2 shakes and a low carb dinner each night. I also excercise at least 3 days a week. Looking forward to seeing how everyone else is doing,smileys/smiley4.gif Whose next?

Good Morning!

I started the Figure 8 Shakes on Sunday and weighed 157.3

Today I weigh 153.6

My goal is 135 - I'm 5'6"

I work as a gardener and do some weight training and am really getting into yoga, so I'm pretty muscular already. My husband and I are going to England/Scotland for 3 weeks this April, so I WILL be at my goal weight by then!

Have a great week, everyone! smileys/smiley32.gif

Go Seahawks!

I am starting the shakes tomorrow. I ordered my Figure8 products and supplements Feb 1st so I will be introducing them next week.

Today I weigh 144 & I'm 5'5 (and 1/2). I would like to get back to 125 or so. I weighed 123 when I got pregnant and 154 when I delivered. After 8 years, I still haven't lost the baby fat smileys/smiley36.gif! I flucuate between 136 & 147. I am excited to get started!

Sound like those of you that have been useing the system are having great results! I can honestly say, when you dont have a tremendouse amount of weight to lose, it seems harder to kick in the weight loss. I also weighed 180 after my son was born (4th child, now 3 yrs) and I did have to work to get rid of the first 40 lbs, but it came off pretty fast and easy. Its those last 20 lbs that always get me. Figure 8 has given me the boost I needed, and I now know that it is possible to get back to my 115 pre preg weight, and not just accept it as a fact of life.smileys/smiley4.gif

I don't own a scale (I don't believe in themsmileys/smiley2.gif), but I started Monday replacing one meal a day with a shake and eatinghealthy for my other 2 meals, with a healthy snack in between. I am definetly noticing my "baby bulge" going down (she is 1 1/2 years!) and my pants are fitting better. My goal is to get back into my size 6 jeans and I would be happy.

You all are doing great. I've been with Arbonne since 6/05 and never really got into the Figure 8.

One quick question: Do you take the Going, Going Gone supplement also?

Absolutely!! They help me feel full and I seem to have a little more energy. http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley32.gif

Yes, I think the supplements really kick the weight loss into gear. I do not notice it really changing my appetite a whole lot, but my weight is coming off super fast useing them, so I think they really help boost your metabolism.

Okay, I'll start tomorrow! What an exciting post. Thanks Brandy for starting it! We can all be accountable to each other.

I'm only 5'4", but my weight is UGH!!!!! I'll tell ya tomorrow. But y'all have to promise you won't tell my husband. 17 years of marriage and he doesn't and never will know how much I weigh. Shhhhh.http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif
