in your business. I was thinking of doing some type of newsletter for my customers and potential customer, but I have no clue where to begin or how to do one. I don't even know what to put in one. I've never even actually seen one. So I was hoping that some of you all do them and if so can hoping that you can share with me the ABC's of doing one.

I can help out with lots of things, but this is not one of them! I'd really appreciate some tips to help out with writing a newsletter.
What would I include....upcoming scents? a promo I might be doing? team recognition?

I have done these through snail mail and also through email. I think an email one works better (cheaper too!) and it can just be as simple as naming the scent of the month and where they can find you (craft fair or flea market events). If you offer a monthly sales special you can mention that as well. The larger it is, the less they will read it. Also too fancy with too many pics etc. will make it too large for some people to receive it. Always give them the free candle drawing link and the link to your website.


I am adding this to my lead sheets on my local drawings and then I know theywant to receive information and I am not spamming them. Also leave a little "opt out" disclaimer on the bottom of the signature line.

The scent of the month is Cinnamon Tea. Those who have auto ship on the first should receive theirs by beginning of next week. I am on the 10th auto date so I have to wait!!!!

Anyone have plans to attend the Spring Fling in March? I have never been able to attend a fling yet but would love to beable to go.They will be introducing new products at that time.I am always excited about that!!!!The fall spring they had many specials going on that you could get in on before midnight of that Saturday. I got in on the buy one case of jars and get 2 dozen votives free!!!!!!

I also wanted to mention to you about the yahoo group for Mia Bella Reps. It is very informative and if you ever need like 1 jar or something like that you can post and reps will help each other out. The site is : Just click on the link and register and give a very short introduction of yourself.
