To be qualified to be a Founder you must be Directorby March 31st, 2009.
You have two out of three consecutive months to becomeDirector. The first month you need to reach a $5000 TGQV, and the second month you need to have $5000 TGQV and have your Directorstructure.
Here is the value of this title:
