Good morning allll !!
I would like to know what everyone does with their receipts ! I have a little file folder and throw them in their. Is their any other way people keep track of them ? I was thinking of enter all the receipts on a spreedsheet to keep track of everything.. so at the end of this year everything is accounted for...

I def recommend using excel or some other data base or you can use microsoft money or quicken etc. That way you can print them off and use it for tax time!!! But don't throw away your receipts. I have a accordian file that is divided by months and put them in there.

I do my accounting monthly and use an accordion type file as well. I am even slower than quicken, ha, and just use Microsoft works and separate into categories.
Works fine. I run a report on each category at the end of the year, turn it into my accoutant and then go celebrate for having so many tax advantages with a home business!
