It's free. You just purchase what you need when you need it. If you want a website, it's $12.95 a month.

You may purchase what you want at slightly higher prices than our deep Distributor discount. You also do not earn as much in your downline.
Description: The Associate Program is a unique program which entitles members to purchase candles and other products slightly above the deep wholesale price (approximately 30% more) without being on the Candle of The Month autoship program. Associate program members can receive a 5% commission on the sales activities of any distributor they personally sponsor into either the Candle of The Month or Associate program.
Hope this helps answer your question.

If you have a website you still have the backoffice to place orders...if not then you have to call them in with a cc or debit card.

I think you can order online even w/o the website. She'd just go to someone else's site, click on Login and enter her ID# and password. At least that's the way it was about 6 months ago. I had someone signup as an Associate and she would just go to my site and Login from there.forum_images/post_button_smiley.gif

But if they want to buy a jar candle they still purchase at the 6 jar minimum, correct? But every thing else they can buy in any combination? As well, if they want they can always upgrade at a later date?

That's correct Cloud9.
