Just found out I am doing a fitness party at my gym. I basically have a table set up for about 4 horus. I am ordering a bunch of sell sheets, and plan on making a backdrop kind of thing like a scinece project, and hang them so i have a visual. I am going to order some chews as well since i will focus on weightloss too. Should i order all of the shakes and have people try them? What do you mix them with? water? How would i do tiny samples of that? HELP!!!
Will my prodcuts get here on time if I do a speedy order??

The shakes are mixed with water. I would go to a place like Smart & Final to get little plastic cups to serve stuff in. They may have something like that at Costco, too, since I always see the free goodies in similar cups there. Chews sound like a good idea too.
