I'm sure this has been asked and discussed before, but I don't remember where or when.
Have any of you had experience (good or bad) with Project Payday?? It looks and sounds legit----but so do many of the scams.
Thanks for any info you can provide.

In order to make money you have to spend money. You have to have a credit card for most things, but not all. Basically you sign up for offers and trials with your cc under someone else's url.
I stopped doing it because it was costing me too much money.

I joined PPD a month ago. I have made over $200 already, and that's after the cost of the offers I've done. My mentor does it alone, and makes over $2000 a month. I'm shooting for $500 next month!
This is the first program that I've tried that I have made $. It won't make you rich, but it is honest.
Let me know if you have any questions!

Thanks Jennie for your answer. Gee,skidizmo said she stopped doing it because it was costing her too much money!! What's the secret of earning money as opposed to having to spend too much to do it?? And you said your mentor was "doing it alone". What does that mean?? Sorry if I sound like a bonehead....:)
Have you had any problem with accepting an offer and then "un-accepting" it and the place won't let you quit, refund your money,or whatever?? I've heard some say that they agreed to join/buy/take something and then when they tried to get out of it,they couldn't....
Thanks again for any help/advice you can give!!

It probably means, that is all she is doing to earn her income, which is insane because that is almost 800 more a month than minimum wage here... (1,200 and that's with the taxes cut out) I would be seriously rich at my age, because most 20 year olds that are not in school, or even if they are working and doing school only make 9.00-11.00 an hour.
I am also wondering the same thing. I have been interested in this and if it would be all I did, I bet I could pull around 2k too if I did it alone. If I just started.. no, because I would be nooby and need help.
That's what I wonder, is there someone to help you? I feel like if I signed up and noticed I was losing money, rather than making it then I would be screwed because I have no other source of income right now!!
I have money in my acc, about 2k. I can't really lose it, or be at risk.. think I would be making a mistake with my car monies, but I really need to make some money?
Also is there any offers that don't require you to buy anything, but just fill out forums, are there plenty of those also?
Will I get spam (actual mail)?
Will anything happen to my CC information?
Do you think they will be around for awhile?
I don't want to spend money on trials, or programs every month either.. I feel like that will build up. What if those won't cancel.. I am also wary of giving them my CC information?
One more question, Is your mentor making that much minus the money she spent, or is he/she pullin your leg?
If someone could answer these question I would be really happy.. Thanks.Edited by: xrebmax

Thanks for the questions! Honestly, one of the reasons I only made $200 the first month is because I have limited funds. The trials I have signed up for cost anywhere from free to maybe $3-4 each. Everything that I have canceled (including the free trials I've had to send back) have all been successful. However, I do know that some people have been burned and have had to fight certain charges. The problem for me has been that the offer will place a hold on your credit card so that if you don't cancel, that charge will go through. Kind of like certain gas stations when you pay at the pump. Until it posts, there might be a high hold on your card. So if you can handle the holds, then you won't have a problem. I could only handle maybe a $100 in holds at a time, which slowed me down!
Now, for certain sites, if you're only making $20 to complete offers, and you have to pay $10 for offers, it might not seem worth it. Where you make money is when you've moved up to the 2nd level and are paying people to complete offers for you, then you can keep cashing out on that site multiple times. Most sites don't have limits on how many times you can cash out. If you make $20 initially, then it's probably a site that pays $30-40 for 1 referral. The idea with completing offers is to try to choose ones that you are really interested in. As far as SPAM, it depends on the offers you choose. When you sign up, typically it says that you are agreeing to emails from their affiliates. It's best to get a free email to use just for this. All have unsubscribe links in their emails.
Project PayDay is kind of like a tutorial to teach you the basic process. Doesn't take long to read through what you need to know right away. Then it will give you links for a few different forums that you can join to actually get started. I spent a few nights going through the forum reading as much as I could. When I finally posted that I was ready, I had plenty of responses. I chose one and have stuck with him. When I say he only does this, that means it is his only "job".
What I want you to know, though, is that on the forum, there is a feedback program (kind of like eBay) where you leave feedback for each trade you complete. There are also threads that are about the different offers and if the companies are honest, if it's worth it, how well it credits.
I know that it will take me quite a few months to start making what people would consider real money, but I'm still "tween" the methods! Since I just started, my trade number is low, and people want a trader that has a high number (understandably!!!).
If you are interested, check out Project PayDay. You can do an offer through TrialPay, which makes it free.
It's not for everyone. But if you decide to join, let me know and I'll help out! And yes, I think this will be around awhile. I've seen the sites since I got the internet at home! And that's been awhile.

Aren't we not supposed to do affiliate folder things in this section? This has been posted like 5 times in the last few days.

No we're not. They can advertise in the "Advertise your business" folder but you are right it does not belong here. This folder is designated for jobs not "get paid to..." programs or affiliate programs.

If you want to sign up for the affiliate program it does not cost you anything and you can make money with them that way. They pay 2.00 per lead and it is easy to get as it is free

Hey, Batwing! Since the thread is still here, I thought I'd let you know that there's another program just like PP, but it's free to join. It's called CashCrate, and you earn money in the same way. I don't personally do CashCrate, but there are people on wahm.com who do.
Best,

Cash Crate is completely different from PPD. Project PayDay is free to join also, though. That said, if anyone still has questions, please feel free to PM me.
Sorry to the Telecommuting Moms for intruding! Hopefully this ends this thread!Edited by: jrlj

I am confused, batwing is not advertising. She is asking a question about good or bad experience.
