OK, I'm back. Just got thru the last of my Arbonne, and finishing up other "stuff" I've been trying, and ready to get back to a good system. Also nutritional-hunting, so I thought I'd look at my Seriesse website to see what's going on, check products, etc.
Wow! Our websites are awesome! And I have to say, the back office is super cool (yes, I've been away for some time...) I have re-aclimate myself. LOL http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif

I'm busy with my TS business, but was wondering how many are doing Seriesse predominately as an online business? What is working for you re: business approach? Also, for 40+ skin that is still oily/combo with the occasional little breakout, what linewould you ladies suggest me using?

Thanks!

Hi Gina,

Well, it is very nice to have you back!!

I think we have a superb back office! I love it!! As a matter of fact , being an independent consultant, I like to support other independent consultants in their business as well. I recently made an online purchase with one of those companies. As a customer, I was surprised when I signed back into my account, that I could not check on my previous order. There was no information or record of anything. Not only do we have a great back office for us as consultants but I have now come to appreciate our technology for our customers as well. Our customers can check on their purchase history, check when their products will arrive, etc. We should all thank Mr. Kelley for making our back office soooooo user friendly and informative for both us as consultants AND for our customers. smileys/smiley32.gif

I do my business both online and off. I started out with family and friends and got a lot of referrals from them and it seems to be spreading from there. I had to learn about doing it online as I was/am somewhat technically challenged....lol.

As far as 40+ combo skin. I have many friends with that same situation and the A-Line still works great for them. Gotta envy a woman in their 40's that still has a lot of oil left in their skin. I had to move on to the C- Line. I am more dry. However, I cannot give up the A-Force!

Thanks. I was leaning towards the A because I thought the C may make me too "shiny". I have to order my nutritionals, so I may order samples of each & give it a whirl and see how my skin reacts.

Yeah, the site transformation, and the back office were so "wow" to me when I went in last night to check on products! http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley1.gifIs the Alma Rush back in stock? It was supposed to be (per the company email), but last night the back office still had it listed as out of stock).

Thanks for the welcome back Kathy!

Hi Gina!

Good Luck with your TS biz! Try alternating A & C to get the best results & always, always, always, keep Dry-Lo in the house for breakouts!! I'm never w/o Dry-Lo...perfect fix for the "period pimple". And I agree: our backoffice kicks butt- love it! The Amla Rush is available now. I don't know if you read my prior post, but I bought my son the 6pk as one of his Christmas presents. He loves that stuff!

It's great to see you back here. I've been placing new sign ups under other consultants on my team so if building a team is something you're interested in, let me know when (and if) you're ready so I can start placing new sign ups under you too.

Hey Cyndi! http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif((waving))! Thanks for recommendations! I just ordered samples of both the A & C, and the Instatox (sp?), and bought my multi vitamin paks (missed those). I'm going to email you now!

Gina-

Don't forget about the webinars offered each month if you need a refresher on your backoffice or commissions. Or brush up by watching some of the product demos. But the BEST way to get back into the swing of things is by using the products & having everyone admire your skin! We never get tired of that (right, Kathy?)

I love the skin supplements too. I believe your skin will benefit mostfrom the Super A if you decide to give them a whirl. When using the A & C lines, play with them to see what your skin responds to best. I liked A in the morning & C at night or youcan useitems from both lines together (A cleanser, C serum, c eye, A cream).

And I wasn't kidding about the Dry-Lo. Its a must if you haven't yet tried it. This is one product you need to experience (that and the Instatox) to really appreciate how awesome it is. I always tell new consultants that YOU are your best advertisement so use the products, use the S-force products & everyone will be asking what you're using on your skin.

I'm happy to have you back http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley31.gif

The Continously Clear line took care of that for me! Once my skin was under control, I incorporated the A line into my daily regimen. Eventually, I used our A & C lines. I've never had to go back & use the CC line again after my skin cleared (and I battled acne for years). I take care of the occasional pimple with Dry-Lo. The CC line also has anti-aging ingredients so you'll also be working on any fine lines & wrinkles while clearing your skin which is always a good thing!

The CC line will always be near & dear to my heart. Thisis really wheremy passion for Seriesse comes out. If you've read my story, you know I tried everything- drugstore, high-end department store, infomercial products..everything. Either they didn't work at all or worked for onlylike 2 weeks plus in those 2 weeks my skin was a dried out mess. With CC, not only did my skin clear, it looked great and that, to me, was amazing. I never thought I'd have clear skin & the fact that it's remained clear for so many years now really amazes me.

I've had past co-workers call me to tell me that their teenage daughters were so happy they bought the products for them. Both moms were amazed at the results. Both of them said that not only did their skin clear, but actually had a healthy glow.

Another woman's daughter called me herselfto tell me she loves me & well, that's always nice to hear!

One woman bought the line for her son who suffered from really bad cystic acne. He's been to the dermatologist, had some sort of injections, was taking medication where he had to stay out of the sun (a teenage boy!). Medications like that are scary! She bought the line without muchconfidence it'd workso her phone call was by far the best ever- she said she could not believe the results. Her son has been using the CC line for close to 1 year now & his cystic acne is nothing but a memory.

So these are just a few examples of people I know who tried the product line. I find that when I tell people about this line, they are very skeptical & I don't blame them. I was too. But as I mention in most of my posts, we offer a 45-day money back guarantee so there is really nothing to lose by trying it.

Sorry to go on & on but like I said, I'm crazy passionate about this particular line. This was the line that started my skin transformation & I really can't say enough about these products.

Hi back at ya Deb! I was really trying to figure what I wanted to do, now that my Arbonne is just about done. I had signed up with Seriesse back in April, and really loved the samples that came in my paperwork kit. But I had to work thru my current products (had enough of the skincare graveyard). And then I wanted good nutritionals. Seriesse seems to have my needs covered when it comes to skincare, cosmetics and nutritionals. And I really like that I can do this predominately as an online business if I wish - won't conflict with my party schedule with TS! http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley20.gif

Another plus is that even if folks don't want the business, they can sign up as a preferred customer and get a 20% discount on their products. Way cool!

Just added Seriesse to my sig line. Had the site since 4/08, but since I was so Arbonne-attached, I didn't feel comfortable posting it.

Gina, we are glad to have you "on board" now. Playing around with the products is a lot of fun. I love that you can incorporate and use any of the products to really target what your skin needs for that particular day. My skin seems to always change and I have something for every occasion....lol.

I get hormonal acne and along with the little pimples, I also get the deep boils that never come to a head so I take the Clear Skin Complex (the skin supplements in the acne line) and it has really helped me. And I totally agree with Cyndi about the Dry Lo. I love that stuff! It is a MUST HAVE.

I also think the Amla is a MUST have too. I swear by that stuff. It has helped me so much with my sinuses and staying healthy. We had a very nasty cold go through my house. It started with my 9 year old daughter who is with me all the time....coughing in my direction smileys/smiley11.gif, and always getting in my face (the nerve of her when she is sick, ugh, who does she thingk I am......her mother? smileys/smiley2.gif ..lol) . My DS16, who never wants to be near her anyway and my husband got it. I was the only one who did not get it......but then again....I am the only smart one in the house that is faithful to the Amla. I take it everyday and have really felt the difference. Get started on that right away. You will be happy you did.

That sounds great Kathy! Thanks. And I'm going to buy the Continously Clear line for my 16 yr old daughter. She's been battling acne. The Oxy stuff works "oookkkk", but not doing the trick.

Thanks for the welcome.

Hi Gina.

You gals back office with Seriesse sounds a lot like the one our company has.

Its loaded with customer info, pay plan info, orders and volume, graphic charts and video and audio training.

I have seen some pretty horrific back offices!
