About the Company
Tikatok.com is a dynamic new online community where children write their own stories and publish them into real hardcover books. We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented person to handle logistics/customer service responsibilities such as monthly and weekly reporting, order fulfillment, and the assisting of customers with book creation online. This is a part-time, remote position that requires working out of the home, with flexibility to meet in the Cambridge area for weekly meetings.
Specific responsibilities:
- Weekly and monthly revenue reporting
- Scanning illustrations mailed in by customers
- Fulfilling customer orders
- Maintaining relationships with printers/suppliers
- Ensuring quality control for every order
- Handling customer service emails/phone calls daily
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability in meeting project goals, deadlines and reporting requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours and work independently
- Friendly, professional manner specifically when handling customer service and printer/supplier issues
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications, including scanners and basic image software
