Please look at my blog and see what you think! Also, let me know if I have something on here that I shouldn't! I am just starting on this.

I would recommend asking your upline to look at it and make sure that it is okay to have. It seems like it is against Arbonne policy but I don't know for sure.
If they say it is fine to have, then awesome! I hope a lot of good comes from it :D

I love it Sandy!
I'm not sure if this would be considered non-compliant as far as advertising goes. The use of the name on the blog may be though. But in all actuality (sp?) if you get into the nitty gritty of the policies, we may even be breaking the rules by posting on a public forum. ?

Thanks everyone!
Cassandra, I thought I had taken out all the places where "Arbonne" was mentioned but I see I forgot a few. Do you think just leaving out the company's name will be okay and just having a link to my site?

I thought I'd revisit this topic as I was going to be doing something similar with several other consultants (from other companies). I checked with my upline and policy compliance and got a big fat NOfrom both. So you may want to check again. Apparently, you can't link to your website. This is the response I had gotten from policy compliance.
If you hear a different take though, please share!
Hi Ines,
I'm sending this email in response to your voicemail. Advertising or information included in Internet Classified ads or I-malls of any type are prohibited, as well as advertising on bulletin boards, e-mail or list servers and the like; Meaning, blogging is prohibited. Secondly,
You may not link from or to another business, hobby or non-Arbonne product or opportunity because that would violate the Conflict of Interest policy; Meaning, youmay not link.
Should you have questions or require further assistance, please contact me at the information provided below.
Thank you,

So, are we allowed to have a link to our arbonne website on here??

Barbara - I was wondering that too. How I have understood it is you can have a link linking you to your website, you just cannot create a webpage on your own advertising Arbonne products - it has to be through myarbonne.com.

That's why I posted the info from policy compliance. It seems like it falls in a grey area but the way I interpreted it, it seemed like we can't even have a link to a website in this forum. I guess that's if you want to get real technical.
Maybe different uplines are saying different things.....not sure.I just wanted to share what I learned.
I'm curious to see what everyone's take is on this whole issue.
Ines

It would appear that you can't list your website link anywhere...on emails, forums, anything. That seems like it doesn't make much sense...if someone emails you and says, "hey what's your arbonne website?" we would have to say, "sorry, I can't send it over the web. Can I have your phone numberso I cancall and give it to you?" smileys/smiley36.gif
I will ask my upline. My RVP has a link to her website on everything so I am assuming that it is fine. Interested thought though....

It looks like it is saying you cannot link FROM your website TO other sites, like i happen to be an artist and have a website with my artwork and listing of shows I have going on. I could not link to my art site from my Arbonne site is how I am taking it. Under the conflict of interest. If we cannot personally say we do Arbonne and link to it, that does't make sense.
