The BloomNet Customer Support Remote Associate is responsible for effectively responding to BloomNet florists assisting them with their high level complex service issues. Service requests are received via the telephone, email or interactive chat sessions. He/She will handle executive level inquiries and work with corporate customers regarding account issues.
Duties and Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls; provide quality customer service while using ACT & Atlas for entering florist data completely and accurately for customer account information.
Assist Market Area Consultants (sales associates) as needed by phone, email and fax.
Monitor Fulfillment Exception Queues & other department queues as required.
Fulfill assigned tasks and complete all relevant administration documentation (faxing, phone calls, dissemination of daily reports, etc) using prescribed guidelines.
Research and place Commitment to Coverage orders and place outbound calls to customers and florists as required.
Possesses intimate knowledge of the florist needs and suggest improvements to management.
Maintain empathy for the florist’s situation providing world class service while cultivating and developing high level in-depth relationships.
Maintain a professional demeanor when handling complaints and inquiries.
Resolve solutions in the best interest of both florist and company.
Proactively monitor systems and networks to ensure systems remain available and that service level targets are met or exceeded
Take ownership for incident and problem management and ensure all escalated problems are resolved
Perform such other duties as may occur as instructed by management.

Qualifications
The requirements listed below represent the minimum knowledge, skill and/or ability required, to perform job function:
All positions are remote/at home agents.

Full time position available.
Fluency in Spanish and English a plus
Minimum two years customer service related experience and knowledge in PC hardware, software or related fields a plus.
Ability to liaise and work successfully with customers at all levels.
Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
Demonstrated problem solving abilities, strong telephone skills, excellent interpersonal skills, flexible, attention to detail, keyboard skills, and a working knowledge of the Internet
Ability to nurture a positive image of company, and adhere to the companies’ standards, guidelines, and culture.
Ability to multi-task
Must be self motivated and able to work unsupervised possibly at night and on weekends.
Ability to remain level-headed in a high-pressured environment.
Excellent problem-solving/analytical skills.
Must work mandated peak holidays
Available to work a minimum of one weekend shift
Salary range based on experience $9.50 - $12.50 </DIR></DIR>
