Hello ladies! I am new to this board and wanted to introduce myself. First of all, I have been lurking around this site and have found many of the ideas very helpful. I just wanted to tell everyone that I went on an area retreat at the beginning of January and needed to get 4 more ladies before the end of January to sign DIQ at the beginning of February. WELL, I made it!! I had a spa party last Wednesday, the 25th, and I signed up 5 recruits from one party!!!! So now, I have one to grow on. I was very excited about this accomplishment and felt that I needed to share this with you great women. Have a nice day!

Thank you so much, Kimberlee. I was so excited! I have been reading the book Dream Giver and it seems to be helping to hold that motivation that I learned on the retreat. Will you be attending Leadership?

Congratulations! I wish you the best as you start your journey of becoming a Director! That is a goal I am actively working on for this year too. I need a lot more before I DIQ, but it is a goal I have made for 2006!

Not me! February is filling in though. I do have some who want a party in March to follow up with and get firm dates. I try not to book too far out. Although I do have one booked for April already!


Is your March filled and overflowing?

Good job! I have my first spa monday the 6th, should be about 10-20 ladies there. I'm scared to death, but pumped up too. My sisters are "spa ladies" too! I went with my sister last night and she had a $500 spa! (only 6 girls) My goal is to be VIP by march 1st. I quit my factory job last week. I just felt like I should step out on faith and see what happens. I'm expecting great things this year.

I know a consultant nameBeth, who quit her job right after she joined BC and she made her directorship before herfirst year anniversary. All she did was sharing the opportunity with others. Her words in the achiever are "Recruiting is the answer!" She is amazing!


Last night at the unit meeting, there were 5 ladies who quit their jobs to do BC full time. They are pampering businesses during the day, doing Spas ESCAPES at night and talking to everybody they come in contact. Theyare all top recruiters and sellers in their units. They all said that the more people you pamper and share the opportunity the more potential recruits you will meet “This is a number business and consistency is the key”


This business is the best opportunity for women. The lives that you touch by sharing the gift of relaxation it is so rewarding. The lives that you change by sharing the opportunityis empowering. The income as a Director is incredible. The two directors at the meeting both brought their monthly pay statements for us to see. They were all making over $6,000 average a month in unit commission above and beyond their own monthly sells. They are new directors who are just acouple ofmonths away to get their Mustangs!

Welcome to the board! You are going to love Beauticontrol. Good luck with your upcoming spa. I think that its totally normal to be nervous your first time. I was a bit nervous and excited all in the same, like you. Just talk about the products, make the ladies feel comfortable, and everything will work out fine. If you dont do high sales and recruit the very first time, dont let that get youdown. There will be obstacles, but we can all get past those. Go read the book: Dream Giver (Bruce Wilkinson). It will help you with your new leap of faith! Welcome again!!

Thanks Jenn! Well, they had to postpone the spa untill friday, because of the weather. But that's okay, it gives me more time to get pumped! I'll have to try and find that book, it sounds good.


I'm expecting some great things this year with beauticontrol. I really feel good about it. It won't be easy at first, and it will take some work, but it will be soooooo worth it!
