If anyone is considering this business but is hesitant because of the buying 12 jars at a time is stopping you - don't worry! Here is why!

Shipping is incredibly cheaper! Consider what other companies would charge per jar??? Where I live it is just over a dollar per jar.So we are not nickel and diming our local customers, or dipping into our commissions. smileys/smiley1.gif

You can always have something on hand if someone needs a last minute gift idea, or a team member needs a quick jar.

You can easily gather a couple orders quickly without making your customers wait. Think of it this way- 6 jars are easy to sell within a few days, plus that pays for your case so you get 6 moreto sell!No money out of your pocket- yay!

It is not like carrying a fullinventory, by any means, but having a few to display in your home is an ultimate selling tool benefit. It also allows you to choose some for yourself to burn when guests stop by. Nothing like having a display booth for your guests to oogle oversmileys/smiley1.gifPlus they can take it home with them - impulse buy! Why page through a catalog if they can stop over at Debs and smell them in person, and take it home!

Cases are wonderful to bring some cash n carry at a home show, or to order a few for an expo or craft fair booth.

And don't forget our wonderful fundraisers! Shipping is even cheaper if you order several cases for those fundraisers- UPS gives pallet discounts (I think that is 10 boxes)!
[/list]

Actually, why wouldn't you want to order 12 candles and save yourself some serious shipping and marketing money as well as the shipping time! smileys/smiley1.gifsmileys/smiley4.gif This company is awesome -smileys/smiley32.gif

Great points Debra! I know buying by the case can be a stumbling block for some ... but really it is so very beneficial to our customers and our business!

Thanks for putting the list together.

Debra,

Thank you for making these excellent points! I think so often when
people learn about how our wholesale distributorship program works,
they are unaccustomed to working as a distributor rather than as a
consultant with a DS company. It is truly very different! The benefits are
that we set our OWN prices, and we retail how WE want, with very few
restrictions.

I encourage my new team members starting out to simply keep an order
"request list" for jars candles from their customers and friends, and that
once they have 6 jars on the list, order the case- the retail price of those
6 jars covers the cost of the entire case of 12, since our profit margin is
100%.

Of course, there are many other options for retailing which do not require
carrying inventory- not to mention that retail is just ONE of the three very
lucrative ways we have to earn income with our business. Don't forget
about our excellent fundraising program, and our extremely impressive
Residual Income plan, which allows distributors to build a steady,
dependable stream of long term passive invome.

There are many successful distributors who do very little or NO retail with
their business yet still maintain a thriving business with a steady income.

The beauty of Mia Bella is that you truly have limitless options for how
you want to market your product and the ways you want to earn money.

If you love gourmet candles and you are looking for an opportunity to
earn a steady, full time income from home- ask yourself these questions:

-Do I have 5-10 hours a week to devote to building my new business?
-Can I devote $40-$50 per month investment into my new business?
-Am I willing to commit to working with mypersonal coach, reviewing our
e-training manual and accessing our weekly live training and business
building calls?

If your answer to these questions are yes, you can build a very successful,
lucrative and FUN home business with our company.

(and you DON'T even have to buy cases of jar candles!) smileys/smiley2.gif

Thanks Emily, congratulations, I see that you are expecting!

PS. I also wanted to add that if you are burning a candle in the house - always have the same scent available in a jar. I can't tell you how many times people come over to drop something off and say "What smells so wonderful"" and I tell them and then they always ask me "Do you have another one for me?" and out comes the check book smileys/smiley1.gif. It is one thing to smell the jar but another to smell it burning - Yumm!

Yes, Kitt -Thank you! I will add Fundraising that to the list.

Yes, it is wonderful that we earn residual without having to sell anything. Many companies require hundreds of dollars per monthin sales to be able to get it. All wehave to do is be in the club - with no sales requirements. How many companies allowthat?? smileys/smiley1.gif

When you consider everything that we get for our COTM membership, it is
an UNBELIEVABLE bargain for a well developed business plan with a
company whose name is REALLY getting OUT THERE. How many MLM or
DS companies make a million dollar sales month within their first 3 years
of business?!!

I love to think of my COTM as a monthly present to myself as well as a
steady stream of cheap business tools. I market or use the products for
scent samples, and give out votives for people to try- it's a great way to
get customers without having to "sell" anyone. How many other
businesses just GIVE you a product to try, without commitment? I like to
think of it as my signature form of "non-sales" selling.smileys/smiley2.gif

Your point about our Residual Income plan is a great one also. Many
companies require you to build an extensive team before you get
anywhere CLOSE to earning 10% commission on their sales, and you are
also required to do a steady monthly or quarterly volume of sales to keep
your status and your commissions. When taking that into consideration,
doesn't $40 a month seem like a STEAL? Especially when, after you
personally sponsor 10 new team members in your first level, or 5 in your
first level and 10 in your second level, THEIR COTM MEMBERSHIP that you
earn commission on PAYS FOR YOUR COTM MEMBERSHIP!!!

Yup. I can't see how you could find a better business program out there
anywhere, unless there's a company somewhere just GIVING away money.

If you know of one, LET ME KNOW! Otherwise, I'll continue to joyfully pay
for and receive my $40 gift of yummy candles and luscious soy bath bars
every month.smileys/smiley36.gif Edited by: UNcommonScents

The only reason I can think of not to buy a case is....

They are just so fabulous you just might burn them all!!!

LOL! Another excellent point, and SO TRUE! smileys/smiley36.gif

DH is always after me not to "burn up all my profits" smileys/smiley2.gif

Here's a great trick I've learned- if you use about a 1/4 of a votive in a
melt warmer, it is every bit as strong as a jar candle and you can get 1-2
tea light's worth of use from it. That way I burn up the votive inventory
rather than the jars.

But I have to confess... I still burn jar candles all evening long! No
unused piles of votives or cases of jar candles in MY home.. LOL!

As Lori would say, "My name is KITT, and I am a MIA BELLA ADDICT!"

Have I mentioned lately how much I love my job? smileys/smiley4.gif

Happy Monday everyone!

It's a great day to be a Mia Bella Candle Goddess! smileys/smiley20.gif
