Primary Support Representative
Internet software-as-a-service company is seeking a full-time customer-focused primary support representative.
We need someone who is committed to creating raving fans as opposed to just satisfied customers. This person will serve as the front-line to our technical support team, processing incoming email and phone inquiries by understanding them and then sorting them into the right bins, so to speak.
A super-duper attitude is a must. Some technical knowledge is a plus, but we would rather train someone with the right attitude than get a ninny muggin who thinks they have lots of technical skill.
Training will occur at our offices in Chandler, as will periodic meetings, but you can work from home, from the beach, or from the side of the road, so long as you have a computer and high-speed Internet access.
