Hi ladies!

When having a home party what happensif people just want to order votives all in different scents. I am just starting out and don't have any on hand except for myfirst COTM. I don't want to buy a whole bunch of votives just to sell 3 or 4 from each scent. Do you just offer the votives thatyou have on handat the party? Do you order the votives in 12 of the popular scents to sell at the parties. Just wondering what all of you home party gals do.

I am new to this also, but I got a link from somewhere (not sure where exactly cause I did lots of online research) that allowed me to listen to a training call on doing home parties with Mia Bella. The lady on the call said that she only sells votives in a set of 12 at her paties. They said on the call that another candle company does it that same way for their parties. I am not exactly sure how I am going to do it but the lady on the call said it really worked well for her. She even said that sometimes 2 or 3 of the people at the party would get together and go in on a set of 12 if they all liked the scent. I am curious to see how others do it as well, but just thought I'd share that with you!

I sell all my votives 4/$12.00 of the same scent. Never had any complaints what so ever. Goodluck

Another thought is to offer multiple scents in minimum orders of 6 per
scent, and charge 6 for $15. This way, your whole case of votives is paid
for and you have a bit of profit from the 6 you sell AND a half dozen of a
new scent to keep in your inventory.

That is how I do votives in multiple scents for my customers. If I have
what they want on hand they can order any quantity they want, but for
scents that I don't have in stock, 6 is the minimum.

I charge $3 per candle, $15 for 6 and $28 for a dozen.

Do you have a party lined up Sarah? Yay! LMK if you need some scent
samples and I'll pop some in the mail to you, so your customers can
sample a few different fragrances.

I do as Kitt mentioned - I have my votives priced in groups of 6, this way I know the whole case is paid for - and I can either sell the remaining or use them for samples and marketing
