I work with another <?:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><st1:place>Co.</st1:place> but I am here to get some feedback from others in the same industry. What have you personally found to be your most effective Hostess gift/credit plan. I know that no one Hostess gift/credit plan will make everyone book (unfortunately, huh ? L) but I’d really like to know what is the plan that you have used ( not just read or heard about) that has gotten you the most bookings and excited hostesses<?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

I don’t know if the gals in your <st1:place>Co.</st1:place> have the same problem with jumping from plan to plan, But in our <st1:place>Co.</st1:place> we do, sometimes it just drives me crazy, because I do the same,lol.

I will be posting on other Boards whose Co.’ s that I respect as much as yours, so if anyone wants me to send them some of the ideas that I will hopefully J accumulate, I be happy too

I am not sure if you are familiar w/ our products, but I always pick one of my favorite products and a favorite to first time arbonne samplers, which is our sea salt scrub. I have everyone try this at the party and let them know they will get this free if they have their own party. And then of course, they earn 80% their personal order (every $250 total sale increment earns $100 in product for $20).
