So far, I've taken three of O'Desk's Skills Tests. On two of them, I got a score of 4.40 (which is out of a possible maximum score of 5 I believe). Is that considered worthy of posting on my profile for employers to see or should I keep those scores private? Is anything below a 5 still good in the eyes of these employers??

That works out to 86% which is the B+ range. Sounds like a good score to me.

I would make your scores visable, but yes the higher you rate on the tests the better. Although when I was on ODesk there were very few jobs for US residents, they were all extremely low paying, mostly catering to those overseas.
For those who were willing to hire US residents from what I found they wanted lots of experience on ODesk, and relatively high scores (4.40 is a great score)
Good luck!
