Hey everyone,
I have to share this with you guys, because I'm really surprised at how well something so simple is working! :) I was reading an article about Adsense, and one of the tips was to remove the borders from your ads! Sounds too simple, right?
Already today, by doing this and by making the ads match the rest of the text on the site's pages, I'm seeing a big increase! So actually I guess it's two tips:

Removeborders from your ads. Not sure WHY this works so well, but maybe it seems less like an ad if it's borderless. (?)

Match the ad and text to the rest of the page - it again seems more seamless and visitors are more likely to click on the Adsense links.

:) Wanted to share this with you guys, since you've all been so helpful to me! Let me know if this works and if you want to exchange more ideas, please PM or email me.
Hugs,
Christina

If you don't mind me asking, how much of an increase have you seen
(percentage-wise)?
From a visual standpoint, I do like sites that have ads that blend in with
the rest of the site. I can see how people would be more likely to check
them out if they do not look like ads.
I've just launched my blogs with adsense, and my ads use the colors of
the site. I was doing it more for visual look, but it's great that it might
help bring more clicks.
