I heard a rumor that they were going out of business, is it true? Anyone here a rep for them? A friend of mine is a rep and I haven't heard from her in a couple weeks and she hasn't returned my emails...

I heard they are closing their DS side as of Feb 1.. will still have their magazine and stuff

I heard the same thing, but thought it was just an ugly rumor. Oh, how sad. They were around for a long time, weren't they? I wonder if the whole company is closing, or just closing it's direct sales side of the business?

I heard the same thing. It is sad. They had some neat looking stuff, and a good focus.

That's so sad. I heard the same thing from a gal who is rep with them and with us. What she was really upset about was the women who had recently signed on, but she was glad she had two irons in the fire so to speak.


For any of you Jigsaw reps out there, I wish you all the best. There are a lot of other great companies out there that will benefit by having you if you should decide to stay in the DS industry.

Highlights Jigsaw is suspending its party plan business effective February 28. 2006. While it is very sad news (I really love this company), the company is making it as easy as possible on its Independent Advisors. They have been upfront with us through this process. So there is no confusion, I want you to know that Highlights for Children, Inc. the parent corporation is doing well and will be celebrating its 60th anniversary this summer. I am of course disappointed, because I had built a team, and really believed in the mission of the company. I am proud to have been with Highlights Jigsaw, and really feel like my business products will continue to have a positive impact on children for years to come.
