AdSoft Direct, Inc., a direct-marketing services company, is seeking a bright, highly motivated self-starter to fill one or two Client Services positions.
Responsibilities Include:
• Making phone calls to current customers, in order to introduce/remind them of our marketing service and new products available to them
• Increasing customer product orders
• Becoming familiar with our current marketing system/ordering process and being able to answer client questions and walk them through the ordering process
• Ensuring client satisfaction
Sklills/Abilities:
• Ability to work independently and complete required work hours
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills
• Must have a reliable telephone line, internet access, and ability to work from home
• Communicating effectively with both internal staff and clients through both written and verbal communication
Experience/Education:
• Degree and/or experience in Marketing or related fields is preferable.
Rate:
• $20/hour (about 10-20 hours weekly)
• Hours are flexible
