Have you formulated a daily action plan for you business?
I strongly encourage you to do this so that you DO have a business.
Get your calendar out and mark out times that you are going to work your business. Mark out SPECIFIC action steps that you will take in your business.
I also strongly encourge you to make part of that daily plan about prospecting calls. These can be calls about the business itself; fundraising; home or office parties, etc.
I use a timer at my desk for doing specific tasks. I set the timer and get busy. This is extremely effective when working email! When the timer dings - time to move on to something else.
Having a successful business is REALLY about scheduling specific action steps each day!

Great Ideas. I keep my information in my calendar or make a list of to-do's. And try to tackle them.

For the moment I have limited working space, so I utilize my Outlook because it has pop up reminders I can set :)

Those pop up reminders are priceless. I actually use Yahoo to email me reminders and important dates. I have this set up for business and personal. It has really increased my organization in all areas!
