And I LOVE it! I got the Pumpkin Harvest and the warmer and used it last night. It is very fragrant and scents my whole house. A few tiny drops go a long way. I have a list of scents I want to play with! :)

I do have a couple questions I thought I'd ask here for everyone's benefit:

When I want to change scents, will the warmer dish just wash clean from the previous one?

When I mix scents, should I just start with a drop of 2 of each one until I get the desired combination?

Thank you!

Jenn

Isn't the Home Fragrance Collection convenient?!! It's awesome!

Yes, you simply wipe out or wash the last oil out and replace with a new one. Easy peasy.

You can start combining scents with any number of drops you wish. Find a small glass container and start adding drops until you get what you want. One drop at a time seems to be the easiest to help ensure that you don't get too much of one scent in and over power the others when you are creating. Once you have the fragrance you like, write down the number of drops so you can remember it for the next time you want to use it.

I'm so glad you love it, Jenn!

Trudi already answered your question perfectly! When we're talking home fragrances, I don't even create a "recipe" in a separate mixing glass. I just add a drop of this and that directly into the warmer. You really can't go wrong. (Okay, MAYBE if you mixed Tomato Leaf with Chocolate...smileys/smiley17.gif)

Just today I threw in 2 drops Allspice, 2 drops Maple Spice, 1 drop Chocolate, 1 drop Coconut... on a complete whim. It was pretty good :)

I DO love it! Thank you, both. Kennalyn, your post reminded me of a couple scent questions I had...

What does tomato leaf smell like? I'm thinking sorta fresh?

What does Naked smell like?

And which is more minty...Garden Mint or Spearmint?

Also, the first mix I'm going to do is Mint Vanilla. I used to sell candles in my massage therapy office. One day I was burning a vanilla candle and used a mint massage oil on someone. The blend of smells was sooooo wonderful, I said I wish my candle co would come up with a candle of that combo. They eventually did and it was my very favorite! :) If you haven't tried that mix, you really should! smileys/smiley1.gif

Tomato Leaf is very fresh. It smells exactly like if you were to take the leaves from a tomato plant and crush them up. It's very invigorating, but it's one that you either love or hate. Kind of like rose... there are a lot of rose lovers out there and a lot of haters too.

Naked is one of our best sellers. It's a blend of several types of apples, melons and pears. Although it's a blend itself, it still acts like a single note and mixes well with about everything imaginable.

Vanilla mint is a great combination! I'd go with Spearmint or Peppermint for that combination (another awesome combo is peppermint, vanilla and COCONUT!)

Garden Mint is really minty but also a little earthy.

Maybe one day someone will invent a way to smell over the internet. :)

Just wanted to pop in and say, I'm still looooving my home fragrance! I use it for hours a day and still have a bunch of oil left. Very economical! http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley20.gif
