...where I can find the one that actually has the woman on it, guiding you through breathing exercises/meditation? The one I ordered from BC a few weeks ago is nothing but nature sounds w/a little music in the background. I'm looking for the OTHER one...that way I can do other things while the spa guests are being walked thru their meditation/breathing exercise on the CD.

I believe you are wanting the one I found it is By Susan Castle, and it is called Peace of Mind. Their is a five minute vacation and a 14 minute relaxation excercize, as well as 2 more on the CD.


I had a hard time getting the CD, first they forget to send it out, then they sent a tape and I paid for teh CD, then I finally got it 3 months after ordering.

do you all use the spa music cd that you get through beautinet or do
you have other music that you prefer to play? do you have relaxation
exercise that you made up or that you found or that you play on cd?

I believe it is susancastle.com. There were a bunch of consultants on here that used it a while ago. The CD does the breathing exercises for you. Me personally, I have always done my own. I feel it makes the experience more unique.

Vicki, where did you get the exercise that you use or did you make it up?

I actually got my script from a technique I was taught to help dealwith chronic pain. It is called Relax Biofeedback. At the time, I didn't believe it would work. But wow! It has you in a sleep like state of pure relaxation! We don't have time to do the full body, so I focus on the points where women carry their stress. I willbook a one on one consultation for the full relaxation which takes about 1 hour. They also get to try all the product that we offer at a spa as well.


I think I posted the script on the board. I will do a search for it and bump it up.
