Our president announced she will not be doing hostess specials often because what happens is hostesses wait to book, and consultants wait for specials to book. The hostess plan and line are enough reward, and we should be working our biz all year round. No recruiting specials either.


At first I was disappointed, but I really see her point. I would put off booking or give my hostess a choice, and often she'd postpone waiting for an offer she liked.
