This is a BRILLIANT article!!!

How much does our business suffer because we fail to remember peoples names?

People who REMEMBER people and peoples names and keep meticulous notes and files of others go on to build good businesses.

Those who do not suffer! Their business suffers!

The worst thing is they dont even know it!

As this article goes on to say, "Having a poor memory is a CHOICE and you can learn to have a super memory and DRASTICALLY grow your business!

Having a poor memory is pure "laziness" (baring illness and disease of course)

Its a HABIT and a poor one!

I have been guilty of this.

This article really hit home with me and I am determined to work on it starting TODAY!

Great Article Deb!

Thanks for sharing.
I know this article has truth in it.
I am a professional bartender/waitress (by trade).
The establishment where I worked (for too long) could house hundreds of people at any given time.
Once a person placed an order with me, I filed their order in my mind, therefore all I had to do was scan the room, lock eyes with a person and give the gesture for do they want another.
They could then just nod yes, no or circle for a round.
I would do this across the room and take orders without leaving my post.
This saved me valuable time and increased my tips!
and yes, there were usually 100 plus guest in each section.

again, thanks for sharing.
Now I need to get off my butt, exercise, take my omega 3 and other supplements! smileys/smiley1.gif
