Hi ladies!
would you mind sharing with me what a typical week/month looks like for you as a Beauti Control Consultant.. I'm trying to get my weeks/month organized in a productive way and I know I could learn so much from all of you!http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif
when do you usually host SPA's? morning, afternoon, evening, what days?
Do you work your business in the mornings? Paper work etc?
Do you leave your weekends free for family time? Date night?
when do you set aside your time to get ready for your SPA's?
When do you place your monthlyorders?
When do you make your customer service calls?
When do you make your hostess calls?
When do you set aside time to make your recruiting calls?
When do you take care of your team and how?
I'd love to learn from all of you as to how youmanage your time as a Beauti Control Consultant... one who is building to DIQ and that beautiful red mustang!! I think we can learn so MUCH from one another!!

when do you usually host SPA's? morning, afternoon, evening, what days? I do home spas on Saturdays only and sometimes on Friday nights but rarely on Fridays. I do office spas during the week. I like working during the week and having my weekends to myself so I do more office spas.
Do you work your business in the mornings? Paper work etc? I'm a morning person so I do most of my business in the morning but still do some things in the afternoon. I attend network events and so that sometimes is what I do during the day. I do my paperwork on Mondays. I call it my PJ Day. I stay in my PJs or just wear comfy clothes and enter my receipts and other paperwork and file.

When do you place your monthlyorders? Whenever I have enough orders or just after my spas.
When do you make your customer service calls? Every day I try to call a few of my clients
When do you make your hostess calls? Every day or when I need to
When do you set aside time to make your recruiting calls? Daily or when I need to follow up
When do you take care of your team and how? Once a week I send email or make a phone call. I remind them of the specials, check in to see how their doing personally and BC wise.
I have a power hour sheet that splits up an hour in 15 blocks and each block is for client followup, Hostess, Team, Recruiting, Booking, etc. That keeps me in focus on what I need to focus on.
