View Full Version : Script needed for PayPal cart

I need a script for the PayPal shopping cart that will allow me to offer free shipping on orders over a specific dollar amount.

So far many people have told me that requires a 3rd party shopping cart which I do not want to do right now.

There is a script from what I have heard-from PayPalHelper, however, Rons pages are down as of now because AOL Hometown is closed permanently as of yesterday.

I would prefer it to be a letter/word code that can be entered, although an automatic deduction of shipping at checkout over XXX dollars is fine as well.

I will also need to know if it will need to be installed on every shopping cart button of my site or just one on each page or how it will work.

Please PM me with a quote on what you would share to provide me with the script.

Thanks in advance. Edited by: Mom2

Its funny you mention that, it happens to be my post! lol.

I cant just change the settings on PayPal because my shipping is weight based, not dollar amount based, which is why I need the script.

Thank you for the effort, I appreciate that.

I know www.e-junkie.com (http://www.e-junkie.com) allows for that. It's not free, but it's pretty reasonable. Plus, it's honestly as easy as adding Paypal button code to your site. I'm using it for a client's site right now.

You get to the page by using the Archive.org site. http://web.archive.org/web/20071011035722/members.aol.com/paypalhelper/

This copy is from Jan of this year, so it should be current enough. hope you find what you are looking for. I really like some of the work this guy did. I hope he opens a new site.
