Does anyone have any experience working with infocision? I have an interview Monday and I was wondering if anyone else here was working with them! Thanks!

I used to work fopr them for 8 yrs. You don,t want to go there. They listen to every call, you get graded on your calls. If you make to many mistakes on your QSA as they call them, where they grade your calls , you out of there. A very hard co to work for. WE CALLED IT INFO PRISION, AND ITS STILL CALLED THAT. iI have freinds that still work there. They are a back stabing co. You will see. Runnnnnnnnnnn

Did you work at home or in the call center?

I worked in the call center but all the same rules apply there weather you work @ home or in the center. Because there was those of us who worked in the center AND at home as well. They are ruff to work for!!!!!!!!!!!!

but gues what, they came to a decision at work yesterday, on how to actually LOWER our base pays!!.. No bonuses anymore,... they are going on performance only now... And i think of all the bonuses I lost, because on Sunday I get a lot of trouble making deaf, old slw people calling in to talk, and cant them off the screen for a time,.. it ruins my index or productivity I worked hard for to keep short call all week. But any... we All have just plain bad programs!!.. But Some of us make them work regardless... we cant cant get really good Qcs that week doing them. ..Well, now , no matter ow bad the program, script... and or list ya got to call..., if you dont above the room, they can lower your base pay!! Not the supervisors.. no matter how bad a job they do................My best freind that still works here sent me this today........I forewarned you about Infosion........info prison we call it.
