Do you guys know if when you send the COTM email blast if you have to re-enter the emails eachmonth you send it? Or is there some sort of customer email list you can manage? I didn't see anything on the back office. Am I looking in the wrong place?

As far as I know, you have to re-enter the addresses each month. And edit as appropriate of course(add new or delete old)
Maybe you can just save the whole bunch of them and paste it in each month.

I send the COTM notice to myself and then send from my address book. I remove the "forward" section so they dont know it was sent to myself originally. Hope that makes sense.
