I applied to WorkingSol, but don't want to do phones, even though I have the experience. I did the test online and on the phone. Does this mean all they'll offer me is phones? Is there a different procedure for applying for data entry? I didn't see anything on their site except the become an agent link.

There was an option on the application I think that states whether you'd like to do phone work, data entry work, or both, and you just check off what you want.
